Hi there,

 

I am requesting a feature where the camera is able to understand and ignore swaying objects such as trees/bushes etc. My neighbour has a bush that sways and the camera pans to their property as a result, which I do not want. But at the same time I cannot alter my detection/privacy zones as then it won't pick up movement on my property as the camera pans. Please add a feature that ignores swaying trees/objects.

Hi,
In the usage scenario you reported, you can try to exclude the neighbor's bush from the camera's detection zone. In this way, the camera won't track the swaying bush and pan to the neighbor's property.

Hi thanks for your response. I have done exactly that, but then as the camera pans within my own property, e.g when I walk to my door, the detection zones now include my neighbours property, so the camera then fixates on their swaying bushes unless i manually tilt it back. This is the issue, unless we can also set detection zones that don't move with the camera
