Tapo C500 Solid Red Light - Unable to Reset
My Tapo C500 camera suddenly has a solid Red light.
I tried to reset it multiple times and unplug/replug
Still not working. Is this related to the new firmware?

Hi,
There is no new firmware available for the Tapo C500 recently. In this case, please try the following steps and see if they help.
1. Turn off the camera, remove the SD card from the camera, and turn it back on with the original power adapter that comes with the camera in the package.
2. Wait for two minutes, and press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.
3. If the LED has no change at all, contact your retailer or the local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.
Best Regards
