I pay monthly for cloud storage and im literally only after realising the it has been all wiped. It was previously saved & stored & i could play back. Why has this happened??

Hi,
Typically, the camera's cloud video clips will be stored for up to 7/30 days according to the Tapo Care plans you subscribed to. Then, video clips that exceed the saving time will be automatically deleted and can't be restored.

 

Are you subscribed to the Tapo Care Basic or Premium plan? Are there any video clips that are within their retention period but are being automatically deleted? If so, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. Send me (@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message.
  2. When was the deleted video created (date, time, and time zone)?
