I want to remove my KC200 from my Tapo app but keep it in my Kasa app - but when I remove it from Tapo, it goes from Kasa too. When I add it back in Kasa it appears back in Tapo.
I like the rich notifications in Kasa, but end up with duplicate (Kasa and Tapo) notifications. When I turn off notifications in Tapo it turns them off in Kasa!
Super frustrating, is there any way of removing it from Tapo app only?

In your situation, it's unable to remove the KC200 only from the Tapo app. Usually, removing a device from the Tapo app means factory resetting the device, and it will also be removed from the Kasa app.
You can go to the Tapo app > Me > Notifications > Management page to disable the option for the KC200. This will prevent you from receiving notifications in the Tapo app, but you will still be able to receive notifications in the Kasa app.

Thank you, that is exactly what I was trying to achieve. I hadn't realised there were additional notification settings in "Me > Notifications > Management".

I did have this set up this way. But we recently got the water sensors due to a leak under our kitchen sink. So I had to turn on my notifications for that. But then it enabled them for the cameras. So my watch is constantly getting camera notifications now. Because I want the water sensor notifications. I do not want to get noise or anything with my cameras.l from the Tapo app. I liked the notifications I was receiving with just the Kasa app. I really wish there was a way to just turn off the notifications for the cameras only in the Tapo app and the leave them on in the Kasa app not is very frustrating.
