The tapo c500 doesen 't work and Is block After the update firmware in App tapo. I tried to reset buy doesent work and still stay with Red lights. I need to update the firmware and download It and put Is a micro SD..?
Someone can help me to find firmware or some advise?

Typically, inserting an SD card into the camera is not necessary for updating the camera's firmware. If the camera has a solid red LED after updating the firmware, please try the following steps and check if they help.
1. Turn off your camera, and remove the SD card from it if there is one. Turn the camera back on with the original power adapter and cord.
2. Wait for two minutes, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then, check the LED status on the camera.
3. If the LED is flashing red and green, you can try to reconfigure the camera in the Tapo app: How to set up the Tapo camera
4. If the camera's LED does not change and the camera does not respond to the reset operation, you can contact your retailer or the local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.
