Cannot add the camera keep asking for camera password

Hi admin!Please help!We bought the camera in singapore to be used in philippines. When on android phone:I cannot add the camera. It keeps on asking for the camera password. When i put it on "Local" its also asking for password. Username is "admin". I want to use this to monitor my child from our room upstairs whenever im downstairs. Please help
