NC250 suddenly stopped

Please help me with this. My NC250 suddenly stopped showing image on my app, or by direct approach via laptop (we are on same network). Since august 16th the camera stopped sending e-mails after motions were detected. The app doesn't only shows a black screen, similar when approaching directly via laptop.
I rebooted the device. I deleted it from the app and now I can connect it again via de app. It keeps saying "operation timed out" when trying to connect the camera to the app. The green LED is solid, no flickering.
WHAT IS GOING ON? I only used this thing for a month and already it's bullying me.
