NC250 not present on TP-LINK Camera Control

I have installed this camera on my local network.
I can watch the feed if I go to the browser, and enter its fixed IP.
When i try to use it with the CAMERA CONTROL APP, on windows, I cant connect the cam to the app.
Its listed within the app, but it throws connection error or no connection.
How do I solve this?
