Hi,

I have a NC220 Camera and the night vision is not working. Everything is working good, only the night vision doesnt work.

What is the problem?

I have the same problem.. The issue is the device itself and the supporting software really are s***. I believe the company has stopped carrying the nc220 so updates are no longer possible. Anyone reading this, avoid this brand, just spend the extra $$ and get something better. I have an Nc220 for 6 weeks and its been nothing but trouble with the night-vision packing in a week ago for no apparent reason.

Did you set it to Auto mode? If you select Night mode, do you hear the click sound of switching from Day to Night mode? What's the color of light sensor?

I have two NC220 V1, both are updated with last firmware 1.3.0. since last January.
Suddenly few months ago, one of these stopped to work properly in night vision (I see only black screen if no light are in the room, as if the IR CUT SWITCH do not work.

In my case, I can see the IR leds ON, but I can't hear the sound of switching from Day to Night mode (and viceversa).
I have tried also to place both NC220 side by side, No light in the room, both in night mode, both with IR leds on (so the room is lighted up by double leds): The good camera works, the bad camera don't.
