I have 2 tp link camaras that work very good with alerts. . I configure the smtp address and it send me the alert.
Yesterday O bougth NC450 and I understand that there is no smtp to configure . The email use is a cloud email.
That it work really bad. I get alert in 1 of the phone that I have configure but the other with the same user password does not get the alert
and some alert do not arrive.

I do not understand why you downgrade this posibility.
There is any limitation on the quantity of emails send by the cloud email
