Hi,

I recently bought a NC220 camera and it started disconnecting from the cloud, I have to reboot the camera to fix this error.

the firmware is 1.2.0 build 170516, The camera is connected to my wifi network , but it keeps lossing connection to the cloud . Could you please provide me a work around asap? I have reseted the camera , I have removed the camera from the cloud and the problem still continues,. I have no problems with my internet or wifi , there are other devices working fine with no issues.

can you view the camera from the internal network, when both your phone, computer connect to the same network? also check the light status

Yes, we can access to the camera from the LAN, the problem is with the cloud , it keeps disconnecting from the cloud .

Can you still access tplinkcloud.com? Does any body else have this issue? If it's not the cloud server thing, then it may have something to do with your account. I suggest you provide your account to the tplink support to further analyze. You can send email to support@tp-link.com
