When i go to my room so my phone is not switching and not going to connect room's Deco immediately and when i turn OFF phone wifi and turn it ON then my phone connect to room's Deco also same problem...

Why i'm getting packet loss and too much overruns on ethernet which i checked directly from Telnet command. Here are the screen shots below.
