@Ashrobo Have u connect the Deco 3 from Deco 2 by using Connection Preferece? Because by default Deco can connect to only Main Deco (1)

@Reell Maybe something wrong with your ISP router. Check your ISP router by connecting ethernet cable directly from ISP router to Laptop.

@Kamrulbd Change channel width to 20/40/80 only because channels 149-165 does'nt support 160 MHz. So stop using 160 MHz and then channels 149-165 will start showing in the list.
