@Jay_B I think your Deco M9 Plus is using ISP Customized Firmware but you can update your Deco M9 Plus by recovery mode. You can follow the steps from the link below....

@Brooksey Remove the old Deco model which does'nt support Connection Preference then the option will appear again in Deco App.
