@Somnus For this I probably have to go onsite. Setting my computer to a static IP would no doubt knock me off my own internet connection.

@Somnus You're right. All I get is a message confirming the MAC address and the model/firmware and how many days of uptime there are.

After I finished all the firmware upgrades on both the controller and the APs, I had to reconfigure everything. Yesterday, I remembered that I was going to assign IPs to each AP rather than use DHCP....

All I need to do is try a restore from the backup file. Unfortunately, I cannot find that in cloud management so I am figuring I have to go back onsite and log onto the controller and do a restore...

@Philbert All is well now. Finally found the link where I could upgrade the root AP. Once that was done, I had access to the others and could upgrade them. Supposedly it would do all the upgrades at...
