I have ever seen the reviewed of eap-225 outdoor that showed me the max transmission power at 30 dBm. But after I bought one, My eap-225 have max at 23 dBm. My question is 1. is it possible to unlock

Tcpdump shows AP broadcasts 255.255.255.255 every 1-2 seconds. I can't seem to find out why, any ideas what it is looking for? Its running on a single subnet with openwrt router. Thanks Regards.
