You can try to turn off the Parental Control feature on the Deco and change the DNS server(change to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4) on the Deco and check if the problem solves.
How to change DNS server settings on my Deco?
Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains for further analysis.
1. How many Deco units do you have? Are they up to date?
2. Please send me a picture of the Deco app>Network>Network Map page.
3. How about the LED status on the Deco units? Do you have internet when connecting to the Deco's Wi-Fi on your phones or laptops?
4. Please send me a video that shows your problem when connecting to the Deco network. You can send me a link to download the video via private message.
