Alternate download method for Kasa?

Does anyone know of an alternate method to download the Kasa app for Kindle (android) besides the Google Play store?
I don't have a Google account and would prefer not to establish one just for the purpose of downloading this app. Couldn't find any way to download this from the TP-Link support site.
I have just purchased a HS-100 I'd like to set up for use with an Echo Dot.
Or possibly recommend a third-party management app that supports this switch?
