Model : TL-PA9020
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version : 3.2.4_902001_170703_902
Just got the units today (Kit from Amazon) upon initial install, the TL-PA9020 pair were crashing my network. I performed the firmware update and that seemed to stop that problem.
Now, my issue is, I have one port plugged into my router the the TL-PA9020 plugged into the outlet. The other TL-PA9020 is downstairs plugged in, they both indicate power, sync, and ethernet. The tpPLC utility shows a connection of +/- 229 MBS. From there it is plugged into a Linksys SE2800 switch.
I have 3 devices plugged into the switch, one of them gets the correct IP range (10.220.XXX.XXX), another device gets 169.XXX.XXX.XXX and the 3rd I have yet tested..
How in the world am I getting 2 radically different IP addresses?? the 10.220.XXX.XXX is the correct range....All devices are set to DHCP so they should get the correct IP address...
Also, why doesn't my router see the TL-PA9020 mac addresses???
