Powerline shows no light in the middle. *HELP*

Hi, I have a TP-LINK AV600 Powerline Starter kit. My powerline has three lights, and the middle light isnt visible but the top and bottom are. And Im starting to think its to why Im not getting any connection. My ethernet shows a yellow exclamation mark. And I tried to troubleshoot it and it says “Ethernet doesn’t have a valid IP configuration”. This is frustrating me so much, because none of my friends or family can help me. And the internet has no solution for me. I just want to able to use the internet with peace. Please help me... Thanks
