I don't know how to find my Hardware Version or Firmware version but more importantly..... HOW DO I REGISTER THE DECO AC1300 M5

These guys are OUTRAGEOUS I have spent nearly 2 hours trying to register my AC1300 M5 including about 20 minutes on the chat trying to get my software version and firmware version. OUTRAGEOUS Finally, after all this time I got to the REGISTER part and pasted in my S/N and the "Order Details" on my laptop from Amazon where I spent $179 and Glen told me I had to take a picture of the box and paste that in too........ OUTRAGEOUS So I told the chat guy GLEN to go F himself and here I am nearly 3 hours later and really pissed.
