Yesterday I noticed that all my outlets were greyed out in the Kasa app. I removed one and tried to reinstall it, but the installation failed. There hasn't been any changes to my network. The outlets that remain still respond to previous scheduling, but can't be controlled through the app or Alexa.

Look at the LED light (wireless icon) on your smart plugs, what color are they? There are two there one for power (bottom) and one for the Wi-Fi (top).

 

If all the plugs are affected, leave them alone, and reboot your router. Once the router is back up, go back into your Kasa app, see if they came back up.
