I have AC1200 and i put it near the modem. it is able to detect the 2.4HGz but not able to detect 5GHz . what are the steps to scan to show up result.
i can detect the 5GHz from the modem on my phone and connect when i am setting up to extender next to modem
What is the model of the device you have, and the hardware version? You can find this information on the sticker label on the box or it may be on the device itself.
