Firmware Version: 1.0.8

I have two of these plugs.  each one is plugged into a tv and a computer.   lately they have gotten into the habit of restarting every so often which is becoming a nusiance when watching streaming channels like prime.    Any suggestions?

Is the connected applicance turning off as if you pressed the power button?

 

When the issue happens what is the status of the LED light on the switch?

 

For one of the smart plugs, what two devices are connected?

yes, it acts like I am turning them off then back on with the power button.  as far as the status lights, I don't see them when it happens because of the location.  and as I said I have a computer and a tv connected.

Disconnect one of the devices to see if the symptom no longer happens. If the power is cutting out the plug may be getting overloaded. 

 

What is the max wattage for each of the devices?
