Is it possible to schedule the modem (plugged into smart plug) to turn off for 15 minutes once a week. How do you schedule that?

Also using a mesh system connected to the modem - would I also power cycle the mesh system to maintain optimal performance?

Here is a example of turning off at noon on Saturday, then on at 12:15 Saturday.
