I've tried Pairing and replugging them... Please advise.
If the powerline lights show green, then they are all still connected and sending data between them. The next thing is to look at the cable connected to the router. Either connect a computer using that same cable, swap the Ethernet cable or plug the cable into a different LAN port.
Another thing that can be tired is if the issue happens, disconnect the Ethernet cable from the TL-PA4010 that goes to the router and plug it into your computer to see if the issue follows the cable.
