My smart switch deleted from my phone and I reset everything and it will not connect to my wi fi.  My on/off button disappeared and that's why I reset everything.  Please help

As you are looking at your smart switch you have the main button that you press to turn the light on or off, then below that two small rectangular buttons. 

 

You will hold the reset button for 10 seconds which will factory default the device. After, you should be able to install the switch back into your Kasa app:

I tried that a million times, deleted the app, shut down the phone, changed the email account and it still will not recognize my wi fi. I even had centurylink reboot my wi fi. I don't know if the app is defective but no matter what it would say wi fi disconnected and it wasn't.

Can you provide a screenshot of the Wi-Fi not being recognized?

 

What is the status of the Wi-Fi LED light on the switch?
