We do not have Tether officially reelased on the Kindle.
I recall a user was looking to install our Kasa mobile app on their Fire tablet, which we did not have for. They contact Amazon support and Amazon helped them. I'm not sure if Amazon is able to assist you with your Kindle, but may be worth asking.
