@Tony  i could access to the router from another pc I thoug it could be the browser but I installed Chrome and I steel have the problem. I think it is a problem with my computer now but how it worked before upgrade the fimware??

The CPE is a access point and not a router so the CPE wil not give an IP address, you will need to statically assign an IP to your computer in order to connect to it: https://www.tp-link.com/au/support/faq/710/

After you assign a static IP to your computer are you able to ping the default IP of the CPE?

You could also try factory resetting the CPE device to see if that brings it back up: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2082/

@Tony the thing is that I can open it from other computer I know all the steps, I reset the router, I have done every thing that you post in the help links, the problem is not with the router now is my computer, but before update the router I could open it from my computer, that's the thing it's really rare.
