We had a power outage today. My connections are no longer visible. I’ve tried resetting the extender, restarted to modem, if that’s the right term and nothing. Please help.
First start with your router to make sure it has a internet connection. If the router works fine, and the issue is the wireless extender try factory defaulting it and then settitng it up again. Some models differ, but make sure the extender is plugged in still while defaulting it by pressing the reset button/pinhole for 10 seconds.
