Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 20190124 Rel. 56886

Hello,

 

I just received my RE450, and 5Ghz Wifi is not working. Wifi is active in the interface:

 

 

But the network never appears anywere on any of my device (Windows, Android, iOS or even MacOS).

 

I tried to use 3 different methods (Android App, Web interface and WPS) without success. I also reset it many times.

 

Thank you in advance for your help

 

EDIT: Update: if I unplug it and plug it again, the 5Ghz network appears during 1 minute, and then disapear again.

Factory default the extender, and then just look at the default SSIDs, if the 5GHz shows up then disappears like it does after setup, then it probably has a bad 5GHz radio.

I already have the latest firmware.

 

After one hour, the 5ghz network became available for any reason... I don't know why I had to wait so much time but it seems to be working now
