The (EU) version of the TL-PA7020 (US) _V1_151216 firmware does not exist?

It looks like the only firmware the TL-PA7020 has is the released firmware or the firmware it has out of the box. So the US region and UK only have released firmware.

I have not found the UK version. However the problem is that with the US version that I have the firmware update is not successful ...
 
I have this : TL-PA7020 (US) _V1_151216 but not udate the powerline that is V1_(EU).

There is no need to update the firmware because there is no firmware to update to.
