Can I build a powerline network of adapters from my router to devices without using wifi?

each leg of split 220, or even 3-phase power

please recommend device for connection to internet router and then multiple adapters on each leg?

can I bridge, at circuit breaker box each leg/phase to single powerline adapter to router?

Thanks,

@raytravel

You could possibly test powerline devices that use the HomePlug AV2 protocol as those powerline adapters utilize the ground wire to communicate.

@raytravel It isn't clear what you're asking. Does the place where you shop only sell powerline adapters with wifi? TP Link and other brands make plenty of powerline models that do not have wifi, if that's what you're asking.
