I can't login the admin page using the gateway 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 and even tried with the website but failed. I tried different browsers also but nothing worked. Tp link tether app dosn't have all the settings it used to be in the web page. Now i'm having trouble to control my wifi network. I want to control other users of my wifi network by reducing the speed but the app has nothing like that

It may be the computer browser preventing access. Use a different device that is not a computer like a smartphone browser (not Tether) or a tablet browser.

Make sure to check the gateway address that the device gets from the router to make sure the gateway is 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1.
