Are you getting no internet from multiple connected devices?
Please factory default the extender (hold reset for 10 seconds), then set up the extender again.
Make sure the 2.4GHz and 5GHz are named different, at least to test.
@Tony did that worked for a day or so then disconnects so no luck still getting WiFi and internet from my ax6000 just not from the re300
Please log into the AX6000, go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings, specify the wireless channel 11, save. Now switch to the 5GHz wireless settings and specify the channel 36, save.
Now factory reset the extender and set it up one more time.
Make sure you have Smart Connect disabled on the AX6000.
