If you have the Kasa cameras tap on the camera in the Kasa app, then go to the gear on the top right. Go to "Privacy and Sensitivity", and you will see the option to not record video or audio.

Hi Tony
I have Tp-Link KC100. When I go to settings I have Privacy but not "Privacy and Sensitivity"
I can't find option to not record video or audio. which is a shame.
