Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: .6

Was told to RMA the router, yet when I attempt to register the product as requested, the website states that "serial number cannot be found".  How do I continue the RMA process if the TP-Link site does not even allow me to register its own product, and the first step to the process is regitering it?

Follow up with the same tech support agent telling them of the issue. They will probably ask for pictures of the devices serial number and copy of the invoice/receipt. They can then add the serial number so you can register it, and continue the process.
