Model: RE220
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I switched to a new internet service provider yesterday from AT&T. I tried to change the network through the TP Link website. It allowed me to login and locate the new network, but would not allow me to connect. Now I can no longer log into my TP Link account because it said I need to be connected to a TP Link network.

It keeps taking me to the "Trying to Configure the Range Extender?" page.

I'm very much a novice so I do not understand all these errors. Can someone help me at a remedial level?

Thank you!

@muellka2

Factory default the extender to get it to a state of installing it for the first time. To do that hold the reset pinhole while it is plugged in for 15 seconds.

You should now be able to configure the extender like you did before.

Here is how you would use your web browser to configure it: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2485/

Here is how you could use our Tether app: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1373/
