Is it even possible to plug it in and get it to work correctly? 

 

192.168.0.254 doesn't open. 

tplinkrepeater.net: "It looks like you may have run into an issue" 

App = unable to login

 

What is going on and what is the solution?

@Tony it is a good video when it works!  but I cannot login for unknown reasons so this video is useless.  These are my steps:

 

1. Reset the RE450

2. Start TPLink Teether IOS app

3. Found device

4. Wifi connect to TPLink 2.4 GHz

5. however, I receive this login error

Login failed

You may be connected to a guest network, limited by Parental Controls or your network may be unstable
