I bought a used extender and the original owner never deleted their password so I'm locked out of using it. Any way to fully reset the extender?

Inspect the extender for a reset button or pinhole. Once you find it, plug it into the outlet, wait for it to boot up, then hold the reset for 15 seconds. You should then be able to set it up as if you just took it out of the box.
