If you want to get a refund, that would only be possible by going to the company you bought the device from (ex. Amazon, Best Buy, etc.).
TP-Link will not give refunds for the device.
If your availability is so that you can not call, you can chat with our support (link) or email (link). The support team will troubleshoot your issue, and if they determine it is bad, can begin the replacement process (RMA).
