I believe you may be referring to using a router in how much data you use?

@Tony I have an Archer 1750 C8; what program do I use to see what websites and the amount of data has been download from or uploaded to each; having this data downloadable via .txt or .xls would be awesome to see how we have been using data now that COVID has driven us to work more from home to avoid data throttling by Comcast.

If you go log into the router and go to Advanced > System Tools > Traffic Statistics you should be able to see bandwidth consumption.
