However, when I tried pushing the card slot with a hairpin, it didn't spring back. How do I eject the Micro SD card? Am I supposed to pull the card with a tiny hook? Please advise.
Use a small object to try and remove the object as it likely got stuck somehow. Contact our support as the SD card slot may be bad.
