You could try running the tpPLC utility, from there you should be able to see the firmware by click on the basic tab then going to version:

@Tony Thank you I found it. How do I find out it is the available 2019 download or an older version?

If you are trying to compare firmware dates use the build number as it is the date. If your build is older then 20190214 (Feb 14 2019) then I would update, if your build is later then you do not need to update.
