Hello..

I tried to install my new re305, but it does not work: the wifi network name I defined does not show up in the list of available network's, so I cannot connect to it . The 2nd blue light is on and steady...

What can I do to get connected?

Please, help?

Make sure the router or the wireless signal you are trying to connect to is broadcasting by using another wireless device to verify it. If only the 2.4G light is on, then look at the specs of the router as it may not be able to broadcast a 5G signal.

 

If you are using a web browser to try and set up the extender try using Tether (link) or a different computer.
