Firmware Version:

Can't find Firmware.  Updated everything there was to update.  My problem is the WiFi shows up on my wife's phone and my iPhone.  It shows up on my Desktop and Dell Laptop.  However it will not show up connected on my Gateway NV76R laptop.  It shows that it is on the laptop, but not on the Internet.  I've tried different things but no luck.  Any idea why it refuses to connect to the Internet?

Get an Ethernet cable and connect your laptop to one of the LAN ports of the router. If that gives you the internet, then you may have an issue with your Wi-Fi card. I would probably start by installing the latest drivers for it.
