Hello,

 

Is anyone experiencing this?  

 

Between the router and RE450 shows a caution mark, not a checkmark.

The router is TP Link Archer A9 and RE450 is also from TP link.

 

The wireless network is fully connected, but that caution sign is not going away.

The extenders use a DNS and NTP to check if it has internet giving a checkmark. If one of the two fail, then the extender will think there is no internet. In your case, if the extender does work you can ignore the icon.

Thank you so much for your reply.

I ended up resetting the main router and extender.

This time I did not turn on some of the security measures and the warning sign is gone.

I am going to try to turn on one by one to see which triggers the warning sign.

 

Thanks for the DNS setting advice.  I tried 8.8.8.8 but did not work.

so I put it back to the auto.
