Connected the deco directly to the WiFi and everything worked smooth. Now  I am trying to connect the second deco and it is always showing red led. How can I solve the problem?

If the current Deco network is in router mode then the second Deco needs to connect to the first Deco. If you want both Decos connecting to the router then switch the Deco mode to Access Point Mode in the advanced menu.
