I use several Archer C6 V2 (AC1200) as Router and Access-Points. This router would support OneMesh.
Sadly, the Access-Points are not available in the Router´s OneMesh menu...

I ended up returning and switching back to Orbi. Although not ideal, I could have dealt without Ethernet backhaul support but the dealbreaker was the limited to 60mbits upload speed while on router mode on 1gb Fios.

  @JP_NL  Asus's AiMesh has this feature with lots of customisation options including the nodes. It will be better if Tplink provided Ethernet backhaul in their OneMesh system through firmware upgrade as Asus did

  @NKR

Yes, if they don't update firmware with ethernet backhaul, the next router I'm buying won't be to-link.

I would like to have an eth network with 2 ax10 and one RE650.

Please help us with this.

Oh... So this is why I've been struggling.

I'll be returning the RE500x I just bought then. The Amazon page led me to believe it did support it.

Getting fibre installed in the next couple of weeks/months, so a new router will be replacing the not so trusty VR600v3(and all its issues). Asus hardware supports mesh with a wired backhaul I hear? Does netgear? Any other consumer "friendly" brands? Can't quite afford pro-sumer or lite commercial stuff.

  @JP_NL

Hope they are still considering this feature.

Recently bought a AX6000 with onemesh in mind for future upgrades, now came in time I need to extend my wifi and wish to use my already existing wired network to places where my currently wifi don't reach and just found out isn't possible.

Onemesh solution just became a true marketing trap.
