Deco app
So when I open the app and go to the advanced settings in the router settings, nothing comes up. The units are working and the wifi is working but I cannot configure anything on the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but to no avail.
Anyone else have this issue? (Reconnecting the units will be my next step)

Make sure the Deco is not running in access point mode (Advanced > Operating Mode). In AP Mode, there are fewer options compared to router mode.
If you set up the Deco with your email, then you should be the owner, and not a manager already so that should be fine.
I would also reboot the system if that has not been done yet.

@Tony when I open the advanced setting nothing comes up. It's a blank. I'll try rebooting the system by disconnecting all the powers source and maybe even reconfigure the network.

I have the same problem. The app shows nothing. No Deco's, nothing connected and virtually no options.
iphone 12 pro with latest iOS and latest deco app.

@Gizmokr I am seeing a blank Advanced section in the Deco App on Android as well.

I was able to fix the problem only by deleting the network and set up as a new one. Power cycling and resetting wouldn't just do it.

@Gizmokr that sounds like a major pain. Are there any new features worth the hassle? For example, has the ability to specify WiFi channels finally been added?

I'm having the same issue. Not settings possible in the app. The wifi seems to be working bit I need to makensome changes to 2.4 network but can't do it. Was there any solition in the end?
